CTC1300 Laminator is used to laminate the color liner to B or E flute warp-board so as to form the graphic corrugated-board. Also it can realize double cardboard combination.
Features
1. Duplex structure, automatic suction nozzle feed of upper and vacuum suction belt feed of lower, automatic aligning of upper and lower.
2. Lift feed table of upper for 1500mm pile height and lower feed table for 600mm pile height.
3. High sensitive single plate electromagnetic clutch, controlled by excitation circuit, features swift and accurate action at high speed.
4. Hand oil pump lubrication system of main motor.
5. Aligning device can finish at one side.
6. Automatic glue circulation system, with automatic glue level control and glue break alarm.
7. Troubleshooting system reduces waste of sheet.
